I've noticed my stamps have been getting a bit snarky lately, so I figured I'd try and refocus.
Other than a few aspects of this stamp with which I am slightly disappointed (the speed, for one - it's a bit too fast), I am quite satisfied with this.
I realize we all joke about how stupid some people can be (I know that I myself am guilty of it at times), but everyone is blessed with a capacity for knowledge and learning. And, as the old saying goes, knowledge is power. I realize this can mean several things, but think about it in terms of potential. Ignorance is limiting and confining. Remove that ignorance, and you remove those limits.
Whether we're talking about art, politics, history, music, whatever... If you want to do something, don't use ignorance as a reason to hold you back from your dreams. Learn about it! You may be amazed at what you can do.
Full meaning of "intellect" as defined by Merriam-Webster: "The power of knowing as distinguished from the power to feel and to will; the capacity for knowledge; the capacity for rational and intelligent thought, especially when highly developed.
